Cancellation Policy
・Cancellation after shipment is completed will not be accepted.
・If you cancel without notice or refuse to pick up your order, we will refuse your next visit.
・Orders may be cancelled in the event of stock-outs or other circumstances.

Return Policy
・We do not accept returns for customer reasons.

About initial defects
・We accept returns (refunds) in case of product defects (initial defects).
・If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know that you wish to exchange the item so that we can check our inventory.
・Only for the above, the cost will be borne by us.
・Please contact us with an image of the defective part.

Exchange Policy
We cannot accept the following cases. Please note that
・Orders received more than 7 days after the date of delivery
・Used items (excluding items tried on indoors), items that have been altered or cleaned.
・If you have lost or disposed of the product tag, label, or other accessories and do not have them on hand
・Products that have been soiled, damaged, or smelt by the customer
・Merchandise marked as “not eligible for return” on the sales page, such as SALE items and items ordered in advance
・Hygiene products such as underwear and socks

Refund Policy
・The refund will be made in the same payment method and currency as when the order was settled. Refunds cannot be made to a different card.
・We are unable to specify a refund date. Please understand this in advance.
・In the case of refunds, there may be an error if the purchase was made in a foreign currency, due to the different exchange rate from the time of order. Please understand this in advance.
・After processing your refund, please contact your credit card company for processing time and refund details.
・If you receive a refund (partial or full) within the authorization period, you may not receive a statement itemization for the refund because we adjust the final amount of the charge upon settlement. The charge may remain "pending" on your statement until the period expires.

・Returns, exchanges, or cancellations (returned goods, goods on delivery, etc.) will not be accepted under any circumstances without our prior consent.
・We may not be able to fulfill your request if we deem the product to be good. Please understand this in advance.
・Due to the common stock with our directly-managed stores, we may not be able to provide the requested product depending on the timing of your contact.
・In the event of a replacement for the customer's convenience, all costs will be borne by the customer.
・We do not provide a slip for your return shipment or make an appointment for pickup.
