How to order
You can order the product by following the steps below:
1) Access the product details page.
2) Add the item to your cart.
3) Check the items in your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout."
4) After entering your ID and password, click "Login" (you can make a purchase without logging in).
5) Specify the delivery address and payment method.
6) Check your order details and click "Confirm Order".
7) When your order number is displayed, your order is complete.
8) An order confirmation email will be sent from store@35summers.com to the address you registered.
●About the shopping cart
The shopping cart expires two weeks after you add an item to your cart. Once the expiration date has passed, the item will be automatically deleted. Please note that the item will also be automatically deleted from your cart if there is a period of inactivity of 15 minutes* after you add the item to your cart. Please note that the item will be reserved when you add it to your cart, but it will not be considered a purchase until you confirm your order.
* Inactivity time: "Do not move between pages", "Internet connection is interrupted midway", "Browser is closed", etc.

●Product delivery (outside Japan)
Your ordered items will be delivered via Japan Post's EMS service or DHL.
Normally, DHL delivers within 5 to 10 days from the next business day after the order date, and EMS delivers within 7 to 14 days.
We will be closed during the New Year holidays. Please check our BLOG for the schedule.
We may not be able to deliver your order if we receive a large number of orders or due to stock availability.
If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you by email.
Once the shipping procedure is complete, we will send you an email to inform you that the shipment has been completed.
Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates for overseas shipments.

●About customs duties
When purchasing from overseas, customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees may be imposed on the purchased item when it passes through customs in the country of receipt. In that case, all such fees will be borne by the customer, so please pay them directly to the delivery company upon delivery.
Guidelines and policies regarding customs clearance vary from country to country. For details, please contact the customs office of the receiving country.
Please note that we do not accept returns due to customs duties, and no refunds will be given if you refuse to accept the item.
