The stock in our online shop is also sold in stores at the same time. If we receive an order for a product that has already been sold and is no longer available in stock, we will cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

For pre-order items, we will prepare the product according to the "Expected delivery date" posted on the product page. The process until delivery is as follows. ●About handling of products

●About maintenance
If you have a problem with your product, such as a breakdown, please first contact us via CONTACT and let us know the name of the product to be repaired and its condition. If the product can be repaired, we will ask you to send us the product and provide you with a repair cost estimate. Depending on the condition of the product, we may not be able to repair it. Customers are responsible for COD fees and shipping costs. For those living overseas, we will respond to each case on a case-by-case basis.
